Why does Essenn Solutions collect information and how is your information used?

Consequently significant penalties may be incurred, and we cannot provide accurate advice and consulting services to you, which may be to the detriment of your business in the long term.

Who does Essenn Solutions disclose information to?

Essenn Solutions will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise supply to third parties any information relating to you or your business except as necessary to carry out our business or as required by law or other legal processes.

At all times, the Company’s conduct in responding to a complaint will be governed by the following principles:

  • All complaints will be dealt with promptly

  • The privacy complaint will not effect existing obligations or the commercial arrangements that exist between the client/contact and the Company or employee and Company.

If a formal complaint is sought to be made, clients/contact/employees should do so in writing to the Company’s Privacy Officer or HR department, or one of the Company’s Directors. All complaints will be recorded appropriately.
